Springs Hotel Waubra

Dry spell has ended for the pub with no beer. The Springs Hotel has been closed for a decade but has now sprung back to life and reopened its doors after extensive renovations.

The Springs Hotel includes indoor and outdoor dining in an a la carte setting. The menu boasts a modern bistro style, with contemporary Australian elements including your pub favourites as well as some of the chefs personal favourites.

Located in the township of Waubra, less than 30 minutes from Ballarat, the historic hotel invites you to meet for drinks.

Open 11am to 11pm Wednesday to Sunday.
