Blend your own gin from the secret world of plants
$180AUD PP + BOOKING FEE | 3 HOURS | LUNCH PROVIDED
Blend your own gin at this rural distillery nestled in the hills of the Pyrenees Ranges. Discover the herbs, orchard fruits, indigenous species and traditional botanicals used to make gin.
Explore the flavour components harnessed by distillation and tour the micro distillery before tasting up to 15 individual distillations such as juniper, citrus, coffee, and pepperberry and deciding upon your own signature gin.
Guests will have the chance to build on the traditional blend of botanicals; they’ll harness the scientist within as they use beakers and test-tubes to blend of their own gin and bottle it into one of Mrs Baker’s elegant apothecary-style bottles.
Mrs Baker’s Still House offers guests’ views of the spectacular Glenpatrick valley, with guests provided a light lunch to be enjoyed with their very own gin and tonic.
Participants will also take home a bundle including 200mL bottle of their own signature gin, a record of their gin components, a wonderfully illustrated booklet with botanical insights, and a gorgeous tussie-mussie of gin botanicals.
