Mrs Bakers Still House and Wimmera Hills Winery
Trundle up a hidden valley and discover an award winning micro-distillery, making craft gins and liqueurs from locally farm grown fresh botanicals. The flavours and colours of these spirits are vibrant and genuine.
100% solar energy powers the still, so you’ll be tasting a sustainable green gin.
Mrs Baker’s Still House is located at Wimmera hills winery. A visit to the cellar door means you can taste and purchase wine or gin or a range of farm and local produce. Ask about a short tour of distillery to see how gin is made and meet the maker. Mrs Baker’s gin garden is growing a number of the ingredients used in some of the gins. The new shiraz and chocolate gin is made from shiraz grapes grown in the farm’s vineyard. The distillery is working on a single malt whisky, which will be released soon.
The best tasting experience is booking for a Full Gin Tasting with garnishes and mixers.
Free tastings are available for wine or a selection of three spirits.
Grazing platters for lunch available by bookings only.
Cellar Door Opening Hours: Saturday and Sunday 11 – 4pm. Other times by appointment.
