Brass on the Grass

Set outdoors in the natural shaded amphitheatre of the 9th Fairway of the Beaufort Golf Course this afternoon to twilight live ‘Trad Jazz’ music event is open to all.
Brendan Scott a multi-instrumentalist musician from Melbourne will open the musical proceedings at 4.30pm with a versatile mix, and will be followed by two fabulous hours of toe-tapping Traditional Jazz music from 5.30pm – 7.30pm by the very popular ‘Maryborough Trad Jazz Ensemble’
Sample a sturdy Shiraz or mellow Merlot from the three fabulous Pyrenees Wineries in attendance, accompanied of course by the offerings of several quality Food Trucks/Vendors. The Beaufort Rotary Club will be running their Sausage Sizzle fundraiser for those who prefer a simple snack. The Golf Club will provide a Bar for beer drinkers with softs/mixers/water also available. Finish off the evening with a latte or macchiato from the professional Barista of De Je Brew Coffee Van or an Ice-Cream from Hippie Whippy for something sweet.
